That's the thing: there are people who are desperate to start a full-on war before Jan 20. So they're doing everything they can to tease Putin into breaking before Jan 20.
If I had to go all-in with my money, my bet would be that's it's the exact same group of people who conspired to do the assassination attempt on July 13.
In addition to that the amount of money that has been laundered and the kickbacks happening with the Ukraine war funding has to be beyond imagination too. Zero accountability.
So yup I don't buy the whole "Ukraine (despite having ancestors from Kiev and ukrainian roots: my mother has an Urkainian name) all good / Russia all bad".
