Putin signed a decree approving new nuclear doctrine
- RGamma 2y agoGuess he wants to go out with a bang when conventional warfare doesn't work out.
- throwuxiytayq 2y agoHe just wants you to think he does.
- JumpCrisscross 2y agoThe idea that Putin was ever bound by a nuclear doctrine is laughable anyway.
- RGamma 2y agoGuess now they can say "see I told you so". Not sure if that ever matters in war (probably not, most definitely not in all-out nuclear war). At any rate, it's yet another psychological micro-manipulation/escalation. Not thrilled for my upcoming military service.
