I have the same setup and what works for me is putting the phone into Supervised mode using the Apple Configurator. From there, you can enable single app mode

I have the same setup and what works for me is putting the phone into Supervised mode using the Apple Configurator. From there, you can enable single app mode to lock it into the app you're using for the webcam (I use Camo).
