I’m on the wrong end of my 30s and I haven’t dreamed consistently for years (or I can’t remember it at least). I have never used THC, so I suppose there are more reasons then THC to not dream. I’ll get the odd dream on a vacation every now and then- I suspect I’m too sleep deprived on a regular basis. Looking at my Apple Watch data, I get regular amounts of REM sleep and Deep sleep.
