Meanwhile Microsoft acquired Activision Blizzard and made OpenAI its "marketing bitch" (as Musk puts it). Somehow Microsoft always escaped the chains.
- BadHumans 2y agoThey sued to stop that acquisition and lost the case while Microsoft was forced to make concessions elsewhere. Given that the acquisition was cleared in several countries I don't think you can lay the blame at the FTC's feet.
