- hehehheh 2y agoFlipside: they created more housing, in a place where people want it. He even said prices in Austin are falling because of development.
- rpigab 2y agoOnce you've made the money, better to spend it on building materials and (local) labor than keeping it in the bank or investing in Dubai nonsense projects or NFTs, don't you think?
