- WheelsAtLarge 2y agoI get the feeling that eventually, as the number of simultaneous users increases, these streaming services will start using broadcast channels to show their live events. Anyway, you look at it, open-air broadcasting is the most reliable and cheapest method to broadcast to the masses. Netflix could easily create its own network or buy one. The internet has very good uses but simultaneous broadcasting to the masses is not one of them.
