Federal act signed in 2018 banning consumption of dog and cat meat. Was previously legal in 44 states.
- hanniabu 2y agoWouldn't it still be legal in 44 states? There's a federal ban on marijuana but it's legal in many states.
- cnasc 2y agoThose states won’t themselves prosecute you for consuming cat (or cannabis), but that doesn’t mean the act of consumption is legal.
