One of the weirdest complaints I have heard: Musk says his competitor is paying employees too much:
In his complaint, Musk alleges that OpenAI and Microsoft are engaging in anticompetitive practices, including "lavish compensation," to corner the market on generative AI.
- ttyprintk 2y agoHe must be asking for a salary cap. The NFL gave up its non-profit status about 10 years ago, so we have no right to wonder whether their salaries are contrived to take executives away from other sports.
- quantified 2y agoHe's complaining of being underfunded? That's a ding on his investors and himself for being cheap. Tesla is being anti-competitive, offering him lavish compensation to keep him from going to GM.
