Social networks have been algorithmically deprioritizing long form/well-written content, with Twitter/X being the most egregious offender.
Atleast Bluesky has a chronological feed without shenanigans.
- skwee357 2y agoI don’t think the problem is the algorithmic or chronological feed. I think the problem is that short form content simply should not exit. I don’t care what people eat for breakfast, or reading the same motivation quote over and over again. I want to have discussions, with different opinions. And current microblogging platforms do not provide that. Hence it doesn’t matter who “wins”. IMHO they are all net negative for humanity
