I'm not sure the existing cliches cover it. There is a way to look at these disclosures based on their effects and consequences. it breaks up some of the post election momentum with a base who loves this stuff and neutralizes them from acting (on what I don't know). it's a way to change the subject. the next couple of years are going to be amazing for UAP watchers anyway, I'd predict it's going to be one of to go-to cards the bureaucracy has left to play in response to popular scrutiny of their value.
