Seems to me the biggest problem is regulatory capture by certain industries like pharmacy in Italy and livery/funeral services in the US. These industries are dominated by small business but high barriers of entry. In other words, the title lead me to read the article thinking there'll be something new. But it turned to be a bad title and a bad article as well.
