Question: is the apple reboot seriously displaying a dmesg log?

- duskwuff 2y agoIt is. You can see a SRD screen pop up briefly before the boot messages.
- Twisell 2y agoI guess not in final release, but security researchers used the developer beta, probably with some verbose mode enabled.
