FWIW, both are fine (https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/indexes-or-indices-whats-the-deal-2016-05-12 https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/indexes-or-indices-whats-the...), and SQLite and PostgreSQL documentation (as two popular examples) use "indexes".
