I was always wondered who audits this. Why should you even deny the green card?
- shmatt 2y agoYou have to prove you tried interviewing and couldn’t find anyone to replace them. My company isn’t a super popular employer so we don’t get the best candidates. This might be a bigger problem at Google, Meta, etc
