- rolph 2y agosomeone please chime in, if im totally off base, but i have developed the impression that, if you keep all the wealth your economy generates and dont pay down your debts, you get reduced credit rating from world bank. "helping" other nations is one way of spreading wealth, to those in need, with incumbency to pay it forward. please be gentle.
