From experience, two companies can state using Scrum, while: 1/ having entirely different practices, 2/ that are not Scrum, 3/ being unable to come to a specific definition of Scrum that matches the initial one, 3/ not being agile at all. So while there maybe sort of a convergence towards « something », it’s hard to bridge the gap between what people actually do, what they speak about and what experts point out.
