- jrockway 14y agoWhat do you do with a deep desk? My IKEA table at home is already too deep, all I do with the extra space is store a monitor that I don't use. At work, the extra space hosts a marble track. And this is with a standard desk; a door would just be a massive dust collector. Space that you can't easily reach is essentially useless. My desk mostly exists to take up space between the wall and my monitor so my legs have somewhere to stretch out to.
- emmelaich 14y agoYeah, I have a 'nice' desk with a good finish and slide out keyboard tray, which I got from my family for my birthday. Haven't had the heart to tell them I'd prefer a door.
