I don't know tons about the government, but you linked a House bill that looks like it's still in a House committee, and I don't think a Senate committee would be talking about something like that. It's an agenda for a Judiciary Committee meeting on Thursday that lists "S. 2140, Patent Eligibility Restoration Act (Tillis, Coons)."
