Interesting concept, but how reliable is the AI in handling nuanced requests, like rescheduling complex appointments or dealing with support reps who ask specific questions? Would love to see how it performs in real-world scenarios, but sounds like it could save time if it’s accurate!
- assindo 2y agoIt is able to handle well multiple conversation. Sometimes it surprises with better discussion or questions that I would have asked. However, there of course corner cases. Sometimes, the other side hang up probably thinking it is a spam call.
