EU Commission calls on Apple to stop geo-blocking practices
- jgrahamc 2y agoI wish they'd go after "This content is unavailable in your region/country" from any provider. If I want to pay a French provider to watch a French show while in Portugal I should be able to etc. etc. The number of times I come across "digital rights" related restrictions on what I can and cannot watch is ridiculous. I'm literally trying to give companies money and being turned away.
- justinclift 2y agoYeah, it's really weird. And it's not like "treat the whole EU as one big thing" is a new and novel concept either. :(
