- tssva 2y agoSometimes as you say in your article life happens and I have to abandon a cart with the intention to return later. What will make me not return or ever use a site again is receiving a reminder of items in a cart as your service provides. Those messages are nothing short of spam and I refuse to do business with spammers.
- bigs 2y agoThe absolute most annoying thing a company can do, is contact me after I abandon a cart about the items in that cart. If it’s a text message you will never get a single cent from me again.
- JohnFen 2y agoPrecisely so. If I abandon a cart, it's almost always because something made me decide not to go through with the purchase. If I've left the site because I had to deal with something more important at the moment, I'll be back without a reminder. Unless I get a reminder, then I won't be back at all.
