I’m just not sure jealousy is the correct word for this though. Most systems don’t like these kinds of things for a number us reasons.
- TeMPOraL 2y agoIn my (perhaps limited) experience, most of those reasons are just different ways of spelling "our official solution is shit, because we don't care and/or make money in some underhanded way".

- klabetron 2y agoAgreed that I’m not sure jealousy is the right interpretation of imitation being the sincerest form of flattery. Having said that, speaking as a Macalester alumnus, I wouldn’t put it past them to be a bit petty behind the scenes :)
