He was the commander of VMX-1. They effectively write the book.

Yes. That's the job.

- dialup_sounds 2y agoThe timeline is kind of awkward: he was selected for the position in 2022, the crash happened in 2023, and he assumed command in 2024.
- tzs 2y agoI doubt that the job is to figure out updates to the book when an unplanned failure occurs over a heavily populated civilian area.
