- justinsheridan 2y agoSuper interesting!
- DilutedMetrics 2y ago> Note: This examination looked at companies in the S&P 500.
- cmeacham98 2y agoAre you implying you believe there are additional companies outside of the S&P 500 that employ a significant percentage of data scientists?

- chopete3 2y agoMicrosoft Apple Alphabet Amazon Meta JP Morgan Walmart Unitedhealth Oracle Accenture Pfizer IBM Uber Intel Citi Paypal Capital One Ford Iqvia Cognizant -- Hearing about Iqvia for the first time. It appears data/marketing analytics company for healthcare industry.
- kprybol 2y agoIQVIA is a Global CRO with like 80-90k employees. They do two things really well. Running clinical trials (Phases I-IV) and vacuuming up healthcare data (claims, EMR, sales, etc., https://www.iqvia.com/insights/the-iqvia-institute/available-iqvia-data https://www.iqvia.com/insights/the-iqvia-institute/available...)
- alevizcaino 2y agoGreat content! It is interesting to see all the names; as far as I know, at least 3-4 companies use massive talent from LATAM in the Data-AI space.
- scottrig 2y agoInteresting data re: consolidation of talent (in addition to parallel themes of consolidation of compute, LLMs, etc.)
