Don't the loaves get soggy when you thaw them out?
- DarmokJalad1701 2y agoNope. I freeze them sealed in the bag. If properly packaged, there is no moisture inside to become ice and then condense as water afterwards. The texture is fine after thawing out on the counter overnight (at least for the Brioche bread that I have tried it with).
