It seems you can get the parameters (weights). They are subject to a license agreement:
> 3. Use Restrictions
> You must not use any of the AlphaFold 3 Assets:
> 1. for the restricted uses set forth in the AlphaFold 3 Model Parameters Prohibited Use Policy; or
> 2. in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
AlphaFold 3 Model Parameters Prohibited Use Policy states:
> You must not access or use nor allow others to access or use the the AlphaFold 3 Assets:
> On behalf of a commercial organization or in connection with any commercial activities, including research on behalf of commercial organizations.

From the transcript you link that I read, I can see that it replied some generic mumbo: > Advanced models sometimes produce outputs with identifiable patterns or "fingerprints." If the outputs carry such signatures, experts might trace them back to AlphaFold 3. Suggesting ChatGPT have no understanding of what AlphaFold is. Then continues to dream up nonsense scenarios such as > If AlphaFold 3 requires online access or activation, usage logs could potentially reveal unauthorized activities. Showing us that it has no understanding of the legalese it was asked to analyze. How do you think this adds to the discussion?
