I would say that's called an anecdote.
- arzke 2y agoExactly. The "it works for me so it works" type of thinking is what makes people mistakenly conclude that homoeopathy works any better than a placebo.
- guappa 2y agoSo how do you go from 0 experiments to 10000000 experiments without passing from 1 experiment? Care to explain? Perhaps if you're at 0 experiments you can't really have an opinion? Which is the situation of the person I replied to.
