- ost-ing 2y agoI would argue when the prefrontal lobe has matured, which is about 25 for males. These platforms are highly manipulative and causing immeasurable damage to our social fabric. A dopamine slot machine in your pocket powered by AI, ready to grab your attention anyway it can, by outraging, triggering or seducing you. I personally would ascribe these platforms as evil.
