For people with allergies and/or chronic sinusitis, it's a thing they're taking for about a quarter of the year off and on. ...and they _will_ practically "cut you off" if you buy enough to be taking it for 45 days straight, no matter how you buy it. That phenylephrine (which everyone with sinuses knows doesn't do a damn thing) was perpetually being touted as a substitute was just adding insult to injury.
