I've used the same, and it seems just as, if not more, effective than the roundup available from the garden centre. The only problem is that vinegar destroys spray machines. Even though I rinse through after every use.

Have you tried running some baking soda (sodium bicarbonate, NaHCO3) dissolved in water through it after each use?
