- starik36 2y agoSo then it should be called "Popular Vote" and not "Interstate Compact". It just obfuscates the issue.
- superfrank 2y agoIt's called the "National Popular Vote Interstate Compact". The Interstate Compact part just means that it's a legally binding agreement between states.
