Apple botched the Apple Intelligence launch, but its long-term strategy is sound
- JohnFen 2y agoI can't stand the term "Apple Intelligence", though. I wish they had chosen one that was less cringy.
- taylodl 2y agoI'm sure their marketing department found it irresistible! "AI", "Apple Intelligence" - yep, irresistible. Wonder if they used Apple Intelligence to come up with the name? Maybe Apple Intelligence found the name too irresistible!
- JohnFen 2y agoI have no doubt that Apple's marketing department has a better understanding of their user base than I do, and assume that the term, at worst, doesn't bother them. But as a non-Apple person, it just seems awkward and weird.
