Ask HN: Can current AI learn calculus by reading a single calculus textbook?
For example, after reading one high school calculus textbook, would the AI be able to solve high school calculus problems?
Are there any AI benchmarks that test this kind of learning from a math textbook?
- foldr 2y agoAFAIK LLMs are fairly mediocre at math after being trained on vastly more relevant data than a single high school textbook.
