Trump is stupid and insane and a coward. But I don’t think he’s so stupid enough to put such egregious tariffs up. Maybe someone can explain how the economy works to him like a 5-year old and maybe he’ll get it.
- aurareturn 2y agoI think he mentioned the tariffs to try the election. I don't think he's dumb enough to raise tariffs on every goods which lead to inflation which lead to low approval ratings.
- surgical_fire 2y agoNot to mention that other countries will also raise tariffs agains US products and services exports. To presume other countries will accept increased tariffs against their industries without retaliation is naive, to say the least.
