- rsynnott 2y agoI mean this isn't even some weird EU regulation; it's just normal anti-trust stuff. The behaviour the EC is complaining about looks pretty similar to behaviour over which the US FTC investigated and successfully sued Intel over back in the day (see https://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/05/technology/05chip.html https://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/05/technology/05chip.html)
