in fairness, mozilla has been squandering money on a ton of dumb shit over the last years, rather than focusing on the fcking web browser.
simple example: that pocket thing. who cares about that ? that's incredibly out of scope for the mozilla foundation.
- mossTechnician 2y agoPocket is old news too. I want to know more about FakeSpot (the AI shopping company) and Anonym (the ad company). Both of those have been integrated into the Firefox browser as a shopping toolbar and, IIRC, "Privacy Preserving Advertisement telemetry"
