Virtex UltraScales require Vivado EE so you'd still need the $3000 license to do anything with it :( edit: legally that is, assuming there's even enough demand for these tools for anyone to bother cracking them

OMG, price per one new unit of those XCVU095 varies form 4k to 35k depending on the store. The variability! Where are they pulling those PCB chunks from that have cheap Ultrascale+ chips?
