Is it fair to call it quackery or should it be more fairly called a placebo-based remedy system?
Can it be slotted in the same league as naturopathy?
After all naturopathic formulations don't always have the same efficacy in controlled trials. Do they?

- nodemaker 14y agoIt is fair to call it quackery because placebo is not what the homeopaths claim their medicines are working on. They claim some BS around "Law of the simlars" and "Like cures like".
- rbanffy 14y agoBut wouldn't the placebo effect disappear if they called it what it is? ;-)
