There has been a bunch of info on Dubai's relationship with foreign workers [1, 2], so it does not surprise that Saudi has the same problems. Underneath the veneer of mid-east progress, there are bodies buried underneath skyscrapers. The most frustrating part -- I am south asian and my family thinks that Dubai is admirable. when I show them docs that say otherwise, they collapse into a state of denial.
