- mytailorisrich 2y agoInterestingly, it seems to me that Delaware, which is cited several times on the website), is an example of exactly the opposite of what the EU pushes for. US states have a lot of freedom to do their own things and to compete with each others (tax, corporate law, etc). In the EU it's a bit like incorporating in a 'friendly' member state, rather than seeking harmonisation. The UK is very good on this and also on VC funding but... no longer in the EU.
