Show HN: I built Timelogga so I can generate accurate timesheets quickly
I've been building and shipping products for nearly 10 years now. But not for me. For my employers. So I tried freelancing, to get started for myself.
The pain point when it came to freelancing wasn't finding gigs. Thankfully, I found many, and many found me.
The REAL pain point was creating a timesheet reflecting the hours I had put in so I could be paid for my time.
I initially used tools like Google Sheets but it was too manual. And I found similar products online which were either limited or expensive.
So I built my own tool, Timelogga.
Now I simply:
1. Click play when I start my task
2. Do what I need to do
3. Click stop
...and I have the makings of a timesheet.
I can generate my timesheet whenever I want. Not just for one client, but as many as I want.
Click on the link, and scroll to the interactive demo to try it out. I'd love your feedback

Thank you!
- 7bit 2y agoLifetime access is a promise you cannot keep. Just don't. And 40$ bucks for a project that looks like it is the result of a PHP tutorial, where I can get the same thing as an android/iOS app for much less? No thank you.
- mazahermuraj 2y agoThanks for the feedback. @7bit I went for lifetime access because I personally am trying to cut down on my subscriptions and in the long run subscriptions cost more. But I can definitely give it a go. Do you have any other suggestions? Also, totally understand the price point. I felt the price was fair given the pay once and have forever deal but I can adjust that. What would you pay?
- 7bit 2y agoI would not pay anything. Either I find a free app for this, or I already have an invoicing or PM tool that includes the functionality. I don't want to sound rude, I'm just giving my honest reply.
- mazahermuraj 2y ago@7bit No offence taken. I appreciate the honesty. And thanks for actually taking the time to check out my post and give me a reply. It's more than what most did. Is there anything you'd suggest I could do better? Or something you'd expect? Or is it just a case of back to the drawing board in your opinion?
