The linked case is absolutely about making IVF illegal, or at least difficult.
- ChocolateGod 2y agoThe linked case also mentions that legislation was passed to provide criminal immunity to patients and providers relating to IVF. I can't see why any side of the political spectrum(s) would be opposed to IVF given its about helping people who are struggling to have kids and start a family.
