Microsoft's latest tactic to get you to use Edge is a $1M prize
- pwg 2y agoTFA has no indication of the odds of winning the sweepstakes. If it is like most sweepstakes, the odds that any given user will win will be so tiny as to not really make it worth the effort of using edge or bing.
- cratermoon 2y ago"The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all Jurisdictions." <https://promos.microsoftrewards.com/US/en/MS/7/rules https://promos.microsoftrewards.com/US/en/MS/7/rules> The rules indicate that "if you have a Microsoft account you’re already a member." <https://rewards.bing.com/sweepstakes/million/about https://rewards.bing.com/sweepstakes/million/about> As few hundred million accounts in the eligible regions. That's around the same odds as a Powerball lottery.
