- 082349872349872 2y agoIf you bother to read Propaganda/Public Relations textbooks from the 1920s, you'll find that although they didn't call it by that name, they were already gathering metadata, and had already used graph technology to produce {dis,}information. The techniques are not novel, only the pricing is.
