I get that you should vote with your wallet, but your $40k or so is pissing in the ocean for musk. he literally could not care less about your money if you want to hurt yourself more than you hurt him, go for it, but I like choosing what'll benefit me the most (and while emotions about CEOs have some weight, I don't base my entire decision on them) fwiw the product is okay (and they've got a pretty good network of charging gear so far) but I do enjoy my hybrid car with physical buttons!
