I run several of such bots. But they aren't. They just rebase daily several of my patches on several projects. (like 80 on 20 projects). On some projects those updated branches are real PR's, and maintainers usually don't like them to be updated automatically. Those PR's usually sit idle for years, updated daily and then closed for inactivity. SW maintainance is not logical.
