What happens when eventually a jerk moves in. After 30 days it's near impossible to get them out without a long eviction process. This type of thing can only work for short term stays, the jerk moves out after 2 weeks so it's a non issue. Or in tight nit communities( you figure out what's actually up with the jerk and help them out). It's going to be a nightmare with strangers.
