They need to cover the dev costs and any bloating their organization might have (no idea about Prisma but lots of these startups are bloated). Eventually, the tech will get democratized and the costs will come down.
- pier25 2y agoThey've pivoted a number of times already. They started with Graph Cool which was a sort of serverless graphql db back around 2016 iirc. Honestly I'm surprised they lasted this long.
