Agreed, although it's always a risky bet hoping Congress will turn corruption (promises of campaign money, cozy ties with lobbyists) into good legislation. I'm sure it happens on occasion, but we could just as easily wind up with laws that gave relief only to a few very large companies in certain (ill-defined) industries. But here's hoping!
